Skywatching at the Haleakala National Park was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Once you get to the park, it is about an hour or so to the summit. There's always a ton of people in this standing room area only observation center and there's a ten-degree drop in temperature - all the reason to get a little closer to your bae.
Be careful, the roads are very narrow and there's aren't any street lights (obviously).
