No frills, no games, just a room full of people and a guaranteed sweat! That’s what I got at EFFECT FITNESS. A friend invited me to a class, and I while I showed up cute, I left looking like a sweaty beast! The class was held in a large room that could probably hold about 100 people, and darling it was HOT up in there (which helped with the sweat so I’m not complaining).
I loved that the class was for all levels and everyone could go at their own pace as our instructor(an ex football player in a cowboy hat) kept the music bumping and us moving by calling out the next move.
The first class is free AND they sell fresh juices afterwards which is nice healthy treat after a great workout.
